Evans High School

Evans High School will host a Sports Physical Day on May 12th at 3 pm. Physicals conducted on May 12th are good for the entire 2026-2027 school year. The cost is $20 through GoFan. Students must have a parent signature on their physical form before they can participate. Forms can be found in the middle office or on the Evans High School webpage under the athletics tab.
