Join us as we celebrate Black History Month with a spirit week beginning on February 23rd. The official theme chosen by The Association of African American Life and History for 2026 is, "A Century of Black History Commemorations," marking 100 years since Black History Month Began in 1926, focusing on the history and impact of these national celebrations and black contributions to American history. The theme emphasizes the vital role BHM plays in education and cultural understanding.

We are excited to announce that Augusta University will continue teaching dual enrollment classes at EHS during the 2026/27 school year. Please contact your EHS counselor if you are interested in any of these classes. Spots are limited and will fill quickly.

Parking permits must be purchased for second semester by any student who meets one for the following criteria:
Your current parking tag number is below 400
You are a new driver in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade who has not previously purchased a permit
The cost for a second semester parking permit is $20, purchasable through Revtrak at https://ccboe.revtrak.net/high-schools/Evans-HS/Evans-HS-Parking-Permit/

All eligible students are required to complete this purchase before returning to campus for second semester. Students without a valid second semester permit will not be allowed to park on campus.
