Congratulations to the Girl's Varsity Team for qualifying to the State Championship Meet on November 6. Lili Beemer raced well and was the runner-up in a very competitive field with a time of 18:53.60. The rest of the girls did so well on a very difficult course. Estella Deal 22:31.19, Molly McPherson 23:28.61, Ella Shoenholz 23:31.98, Mariah Hobbs 24:37.14, Layla Amos 26:05.05, and Naomi Epping 27:21.50. The prediction was that they would finish 17th out of the qualifying field of 24, but they exceeded expectations and placed 15th overall. It was a culmination of a year of growth and strength. Please congratulate the girls when you see them. They are incredibly talented.
