The Columbia County School District will be closed on Monday, January 26, as a precautionary response to a forecasted winter storm and concerns about conditions that could make travel dangerous.

The Columbia County School District would like to inform all parents of children living in Columbia County of the opportunity for a permissive transfer to eligible schools.

Students, we want to offer four new courses in the 26/27 school year, depending on student interest. Please click here to learn more and let us know if you are interested in any of the classes.

We are excited to announce that Augusta University will continue teaching dual enrollment classes at EHS during the 2026/27 school year. Please contact your EHS counselor if you are interested in any of these classes. Spots are limited and will fill quickly.

We will offer Saturday tutoring from 8:00 until 11:00 am on the following Saturdays:
February 7th
February 28th
March 28th
April 18th
April 25th
May 2nd
May 9th

We will host a FAFSA Info Session at 5:30 pm on Monday, February 2nd, in the EHS Auditorium. While this event is designed for seniors and their parents, all students and parents are welcome to attend.

We have a special opportunity for Columbia County students who are at least 16 years old. You're invited to the Path Forward Trades Showcase on February 6th at the Student Support Complex. Dress to impress, bring your resume, and be prepared for on site interviews. See the attached picture for details.
