Student Digital Tools Information
New and currently enrolled students all have student accounts with access to a variety of digital tools including G-Suite tools, MSO365, student email, and much more.To access these tools, students will use ClassLink. ClassLink is a single sign-on platform that will allow students to use one username and password to access everything they need to provide faster, easier access to online resources being used in the classroom. |

Most commonly used apps in ClassLink
|
|
Google Classroom is an easy-to-use tool that allows teachers and students to manage classwork. Materials are easily accessible and students can track classwork and submit assignments. Google Classroom is located in the G-Suite Folder in ClassLink.

With Google Drive, students have cloud storage and can create and collaborate with others, share documents and files, and make a presentation and/or start a new project with apps like Docs or Slides. Google Drive is located in the G-Suite Folder in ClassLink.

With Microsoft 365 (MS365) students can store, access, and share files while using apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint in the cloud environment. Students also have access to school email through MS365 Outlook.

Students will use Microsoft Outlook for their school email.
To access Microsoft Outlook, select the CCSD - Email and 365 icon in ClassLink. Next, in the MSO365 home screen, select the Outlook icon.

Infinite Campus / Student Portal gives access to a variety tools including grades, schedule, calendar, and much more. |
